GSN is designed to give you the freedom and tools to set and pursue your own goals, as well as the guidance and support you need to thrive.

What GSN offers

A dedicated coach

Every person in GSN has one dedicated Coordinator that supports them throughout their time in the program. Coordinators provide coaching, connection to services, and help you lighten the load and break through the barriers that have prevented you from achieving your goals. Your Coordinator assists you in making strides towards your goals and supports you by taking away the burden of doing everything on your own. Coordinators regularly check in with you to provide support and review progress, as well as provide as-needed assistance when they can.

Convenient appointments

Your Coordinator can meet with you virtually, over the phone, or in-person. Coordinators offer appointments in a variety of locations in Guilford County.

A customized plan

Guilford Success Network’s online platform is where you and your Coordinator will do a lot of planning. That planning becomes your Roadmap that includes your goals and tasks to achieve those goals. The Roadmap and your information in other parts of the GSN platform are you data and information that is stored in your GSN account.

Accelerated progress

Coordinators use their knowledge and experience to help you reach your goals quicker than you can imagine. GSN is a 1-year program.

Your GSN experience

Becoming a GSN Member

  • Fill out an interest survey form.
  • A Coordinator will call you to follow up on your interest form.
  • Decide whether or not you would like to become a GSN Member
  • If you would like to become a GSN Member, the Coordinator will schedule a Member Orientation with you.
  • You become a GSN Member with your own Coordinator!

Your GSN Year

Guilford Success Network is a one-year program.

During your year with GSN, you’ll work with your Coordinator to build your plan and get stuff done. You are encouraged to communicate with your Coordinator about your plan outside of the following required milestones of your year:

  • Member Orientation
  • 1st quarterly Check-in
  • 2nd quarterly Check-in
  • 3rd quarterly Check-in
  • 4th quarterly Check-in
  • Exit interview

Eligibility

You are eligible to join GSN if you are:

  • 18 years of age or older,

  • a resident of Guilford County,

  • and willing to work with a Coordinator

While the eligibility requirements for GSN may seem broad, keep in mind that GSN requires a commitment from you as a Member. GSN is designed to provide support beyond referrals. To be willing to work with a Coordinator is to be willing to maintain communication with your Coordinator to complete the program.
